Energy is the causal glue

in my book, nerve endings of the soul, i cited Dr. Dembski who stated that information is dynamic, passing in, through and out of matter, which itself can be reduced to information that is instantiated within it. he stated that “anything that exhibits information needed at some point to be imparted with information. what causes information to undergo such dynamic transformations? . . . energy.” energy is always inferred from information, according to dembski. energy is the “causal glue” that connects items of information in an informational universe.

I asked in my book if it is reasonable that a transmission of information would have no material basis? dembski stated that material energy is a form of energy “but not . . . coextensive with the whole of energy.” so what would nonmaterial energy look like? when information is transmitted an information relationship exists between two ends of a communication channel. dembski pointed out that despite the absence of an intervening physical process as medium, information relationships can still hold. are there information transfers that transcend material media through a nonmaterial form of energy? dembski cited nde as an example of information transfers induced by nonmaterial energy. in selected cases reports of experiences of patients having nde have been verified and could not have been guessed. such experiences confirm that information can transfer from event, item or scene to a patient while unconscious and clinically dead and in a location that on materialistic grounds would have been impossible for the patient to access the information.

it is my hypothesis, recorded in my books, that encoded nonmaterial wave forms constitute that energy transmitted from the instantiated information of the observed scene, item or event to the immaterial, disembodied mind of an individual experiencing a nde, a mind that can interpret the encoded wave forms transmitted to the mind from that which is perceived during the episode. i refer the reader to my more recent blog posts in which this topic is addressed. in my next blog they shall be posted.
